When you take the time audit, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Company name (optional)
• Industry, revenue range, and team size
• Your time allocation estimates across work categories
• Which tasks you personally handle

We do not access your calendar, email, or any external accounts unless you explicitly connect them through a Pro subscription.

How We Use It

• To generate your personalized Buyback Report
• To send you your report link and relevant follow-up information
• To improve our AI recommendations based on aggregated, anonymized patterns
• To offer relevant consulting services from Command Center Consulting

AI-Generated Content

Your Buyback Report is generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). The recommendations are based on your self-reported data and general industry benchmarks. They are not professional advice and should not be treated as a substitute for professional business, financial, or legal counsel.

Data Sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase (database hosting)
• Anthropic (AI report generation — your data is processed but not stored by Anthropic for training)
• Stripe (payment processing, Pro subscribers only)
• PostHog (anonymous usage analytics)

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at jared@commandcenter.consulting. If you have a Pro account, you can delete your account from the Settings page.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session). PostHog may set analytics cookies for anonymous usage tracking. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
