Reports generated by BuyBackYourTime are created using artificial intelligence and are based on your self-reported data. These reports are informational tools only and do not constitute professional business, financial, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business decisions based on these reports.
3. Accuracy of Estimates
Dollar values, hourly rates, and time estimates in reports are approximations based on general industry data and your inputs. Actual results will vary. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or achievability of any projected savings or values.
4. Free Tier
The free tier of BuyBackYourTime provides unlimited audits and AI-generated reports at no cost. No credit card is required. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.
5. Pro Subscription
The Pro subscription is billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of BuyBackYourTime is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
7. Limitation of Liability
BuyBackYourTime.app and Command Center Consulting are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use this service, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
